From the inital call to find someone to fix my leaking AC, to the follow-up call I received after the work was completed every person I dealt with was courteous and professional. Andrew and his team did a great job cleaning the unit and ducts, and he took great pride in educating me on regular maintenance and care. They even installed a UV light to help cut down on pathogens and mold. I am extremely pleased with Direct Air and would recommend them to anyone for your HVAC needs.

I would highly recommend Direct AC for their service and professionalism. I called to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day. Wilbert Gomez was prompt and professional. I appreciated his honesty and advice. I made an appointment for the a/c installation a few days later. The technicians were on time, followed COVID protocols and finished the job within 5 hours. They scheduled the permit inspector for me and everything went smoothly. I’m very happy with their service.
I had two technicians to service my A/C unit ,Luis and Jose , both fine and very knowledgeable techs that I would be proud to recommend to anyone. I cannot even begin to write how amazing this company is. They did an amazing job at cleaning my whole AC duct conduct. And then, I called them on a sunday for an emergency repair and instead of coming and charge me an insane price, they helped me fixed my AC for the night until Arturo the technician could come the next day. For 1/4 of the price every other company gave me, he fixed the issue in no time and even educated me to make sure the issue would not come back. Thank you again!

Called Direct Air and their Tech Pedro was at my house with Wiiliam within a few hours. They were quite professional and polite. They were thorough in unplugging a clog and doing enough so I could have air and until full service could be scheduled for the next day. The following day, Andrew was the Tech along with David. Again very polite and professional, working hard to clean the unit and coils. They explained in detail everything done. The Techs each called to advise they were on their way and a pic was sent for ease of confirmation. Direct Air's employees exceeded expectations and I would definitely refer them.
